* Cancellations:

Terms & conditions of rental are :- Cancellation/amendment fee of $ 50 is payable if you cancel or alter your booking (contract) within 24 Hours. The cancellation fee applicable thereafter is 33% of the total bill if notification is more than 30 days before the arrival date. To be a valid cancellation you should ring management immediately and then confirm in writing via registered post. The cancellation is not valid until you receive acknowledgement in writing from management that our contract is now terminated or modified. If your cancellation is received anytime between 30 Days before but not inside 5 days prior to the date of the booking then the fee will increase to 50% of the total tariff, then less than 5 days but not inside the last day a 75% fee applies and 100% cancellation fee if your cancellation is inside 24 Hours from the start of the first day(2PM)of the booking. If you cut short your stay then no refund is due.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.
